Been a long, weird weekend, so I’m all in favor of a good diversion. In my inbox this morning, from Matt Swaim at The Coming Home Network:

Hope you’re well, and wanted to let you know how excited I am that we finally get to share your Journey Home episode tonight!

It will air internationally at 8PM Eastern on EWTN television, but for those who don’t have cable, all EWTN television content can be streamed for free at EWTN.com, simply click “TV” and “Watch Live.” The episode should post to YouTube overnight, and I’ll send you a link when it does.

Looks like the make-up did okay? I guess? Not gonna lie, walking around in stage make-up was a very surreal experience for me.

Naturally I am half-tempted to just quietly watch it myself and then only let you know if turns out to be okay? But if I did that, I might hide under my bed instead, and never break down and watch the thing.

I’m sure it’s fine. In any case, it’ll be an accurate rendering of what I look like when I am having a fun time with super-nice people. Having met many, many pro-Catholics in my time, I’ll say that The Journey Home team were among my favorites. I would happily work with them again. 10/10 Recommend.
